Property Styling to Sell

Jessica & Ashley have the ability to customise every staged property showcasing it in the best possible light. They have personally sourced and purchased all of the furniture and styling pieces from a variety of suppliers such as Globewest, Oz design, Freedom, Lounge lovers, Adairs, Country Road and many local suppliers, just to name a few.

A stylist approaches a home with a fresh perspective and no emotional attachment, they are able to look at homes through the 'buyers eyes'.
The aim of property styling is to improve the look and appeal of your home and therefore increase its sale price. By putting the expertise of a professional stylist to work when selling your home, you could gain an edge in a competitive market and maximise your profits.

The Process
​
Consult & Proposal
We will arrange to meet at the listed home to understand what style and layout will best compliment the property. If a floorplan is available we will require this also. Our goal is to appeal to the demographic to whom the property will be marketed to.
Within 24 hours of our appointment we will prepare and email you your custom fee proposal including the scope of works. Once this document is signed we can go ahead and design the layout and furniture items that will compliment the home.

Booking & Install
On accepting our fee proposal we will contact you to arrange a convenient date to complete the install. Minimum 1 weeks' notice is advised. Furniture & Styling packages have a six week hire period. A weekly rental option is available after the hire period concludes.
Let the magic begin ... The install process can take between a few hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.

Uninstall
On the sale of the property or the contract period concluding we will be in touch to arrange the removal of the styling items.
If you wish to keep the property staged for longer than the 6 week hire period, a weekly rental option is available after this period.
​
Payment terms: 40% deposit prior to install. Final 60% payment due on conclusion of the 6 weeks hire period.

Review & Advice on Architectural plans
When designing your home or investment property it is so important to get the form, function and aesthetics of the design right.
Throughout the design phase and working on some potential revisions with your Architect, small but important details may be overlooked, which happens when you’re so close to the project. We are here to offer our services whereby we review your plans and offer our advice from an Interior designers point of view. You can chat to us about any concerns or potential options to improve the outcome of your design.

Paint Colour Consult
Whether you are building a new home, renovating, completing a new commercial fitout or revamping your office, PAINT will be one of the most important decisions to make as it visually creates the most part of any space. Our paint colour consult includes a one hour consultation on site, we will come fully equipped with a DULUX fan deck consisting of thousands of paint colour options for your project. We will provide professional guidance to ensure we achieve a beautiful outcome for your space.
Interior & Exterior Design
Providing our clients with 2D/3D conceptual designs helps with visualising what the outcome of your home or project will look like.
We will work with you throughout the selections process to ensure a cohesive and appealing Exterior/Interior Design.
With so many decisions to make, it can be stressful and time consuming, that’s where we step in with our product knowledge of materials, finishes and colour schemes to create a fun experience and a beautiful end result.

Property Styling to Stay
We absolutely love styling our clients homes, their sanctuary, their haven. Our packages start off with a 1 hour consultation on site, from there we gather your brief and areas in the home you wish us to style. We will then provide you with a fee proposal for our services.
